On 21 July 1767 (recorded 6 October 1783),Andrew Duty, yeoman of Rowley, in consideration of the love and affection he had for his son, conveyed to son Moses, as an estate of inheritance, all his real estate in Rowley lying near the meeting house in Byfield with all the buildings thereon.[1]142:4 – Andrew to Moses for love and affection– the property where Andrew now lives as an estate of inheritance

On 30 June 1755, Andrew Duty and Mehitable Duty his wife,of Rowley, in consideration of £14, conveyed to Joseph Willett of Newburyone-half of a tract of saltmarsh in Newbury, at a place called Newbury Neck,formerly owned by Joshua Woodman, deceased, father of Mehitable, the propertydescended to Mehitable from her father.[1]
