In her will dated 16 March 1813 (probate 10 September 1814), Rebecca Williams bequeathed to her son Isaac Williams all the real estate, livestock, farming tools, and some household items. Daughter Lucy Westgate receives the gold necklace and the brass kettle. Son Elam Williams receives one dollar. The residue of the estate is to be divided among daughters Rebecca Smith, Olive Stark, and Lucy Westgate. Nathan Andrus of Plainfield was named executor. Real estate was 9 ½ acres of land valued at $114.
