Isaac Williams did not leave a will and his estate entered probate 10 March 1808 with Daniel Kimball, Esq. as administrator at the request of Rebekah Williams and Elam Williams. Real estate was 125 acres valued at $2,100 and personal estate was $1,401.90. The dower was set to the widow. Distribution of the real estate was made on 18 December 1808 to Elam Williams, Rebecca Smith wife of Jacob Smith, Olive Williams, Lucy Williams, and Isaac Williams.1
