Joseph Abbott did not leave a will. Edna Abbott widow requests that George Abbott be administrator. There are "four" minor children and Henry Abbott, Jr. and John Abbott are suggested as guardians although guardians are named for six children. The guardianships are for a daughter "Anner", Sarah, Dorcas, Lydia, Huldah, and Joseph. Anna and Sarah are over 14.
