On 26 August 1803, William Abbott, Sr., yeoman, andhis wife Elizabeth were of Burlington, Massachusetts when they sold tractslying on the road leading to Woburn to William Abbott, Jr. yeoman of Burlingtonfor payment of two thousand dollars.
