Or maybe he does not marry Marcy Gates at all the Pierce book says it is a different Daniel son of John -- but they are wrong about other stuff
They are both of Leominster when they marry so I think I am right

In 1769 he sells the land in Leominster belonging to the heirs of Daniel Pierce to James Richardson
