On 10 September 1819, Asa Bixby yeoman of Westford,in consideration of love and affection and to give his wife Lucy a comfortablesupport, conveyed to his wife Lucy and his heirs and assigns, forever, an equalhalf-part of his lands in Westford, the half containing 45 acres. On 13 March1815, Asa Bixby with his wife Lucy conveyed to Asa Bixby, Jr. a tract of landin Westford for payment of ninety-nine dollars. On 5 August and 6 August 1819, AsaMade two other sales to Asa, Jr. for $1,600 and $300.
