On 18 April 1793, Asa Bixby yeoman of Westford, forthe sim of eight pounds, conveyed to Asa Bixby, Jr. husbandman a piece of pineland on Barnes plain containing 10 acres. In 1800 (further date not given), forpayment of two hundred pounds, Asa conveyed to Asa, Jr. the farm on which Asawas currently living containing 50 acres.
