The will of Christopher Lovejoy includes bequests for the following persons: dearly and well beloved wife Sarah (I guess he liked Sarah), he orders grandson Jonathan Lovejoy to care for the cow he gives Sarah, son Hezekiah gets some land, grandson Jonathan Lovejoy gets the rest of the land, granddaughters who are sisters of Jonathan Elizabeth and Sarah who are not yet of age, eldest daughter Miriam Whiting, second daughter Sarah Astine, third daughter Margaret Furbush (she married Charles Furbush 1729/30), youngest daughter Elizabeth Barker, children of eldest son Christopher Lovejoy deceased. Grandson Jonathan is executor. The will is dated 14 Mar 1736/7.
