Notes
Will
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Grafton County); Probate Place: Grafton, New Hampshire, volume 24, p 355The will makes special provisions for daughter Nancy who may not be able to care for herself -- or maybe she just has a crappy husband. The executor of the estate is Richard P. Moore who seems to be Nancy's son.
The will includes the following bequests: eldest son John Moor, one dollar; eldest daughter Hannah Farnum, one dollar; son Rodney Moor, one dollar; son Thomas Moor, one dollar; heirs-at-law of son James, one dollar; heirs-at-law of son Washington, one dollar; son Jacob Moor, one dollar; son Isaac W. Moor, one dollar; son Ephraim Moor, one dollar; and daughter Nancy Moor, one dollar. The rest of the estate is to be used by the executor to purchase real estate for the sole use of daughter Nancy during her natural life. After Nancy's decease, this bequest goes to Nancy's heirs. Richard P. Moor is named executor.
