On 20 February 1793, Daniel Holt, yeoman of Pembroke, with his wife Abigail, in consideration of £195, conveyed to Amos Carlton in Allenstown a tract of land in the fourth range of lots in Pembroke.1
On 8 June 1776, Daniel Holt of yeoman of Pembroke purchased a lot in the fourth range of lots at Pembroke from Nathan Abbot, Jr. of Andover for payment of one hundred pounds. On 7 February 1777, Daniel Holt of Pembroke, for payment of five shillings, purchased a 100-acre lot in Epsom, lot number one in the second range, from Thomas Holt of Epsom, this property being one that Thomas purchased from Lieut. Benjamin Holt, deceased. On 8 February 1777, as part of the same transaction, Daniel Holt conveyed to Thomas Holt a one and one-half acre tract adjoining the property with a right to the spring in lot number one in the second range for payment of seventy-five pounds.2
