Judith Chandler

Judith was hearing impaired her deafness caused by measles (1860 census record). Thomas Tewksbury came up from West Newbury and married her after a very short acquaintance. However, her returned to West Newbury the day after the wedding and never returned. Judith lived with her brother Joseph. (From the Chandler genealogy book, p. 213)
Her death record describes her as a town pauper.
