In this agreement, sixof the heirs conveyed their interest in the real property in Big Grove Townshipto Eunice E. Farrington, the seventh heir, for payment of four thousand sixhundred dollars. The property was eighty acres in the East half of the Northwestquarter of section number 13 in township 35, North of range number 16, East ofthe 3rd principal meridian. The six heirs quitclaiming theirinterest to Eunice E. Farrington were as follows: Benjamin F. Barker and MaryBarker his wife; Julia Ann Wilsey married woman in her own right and herhusband James W. Wilsey; Mary Ann Harrington married woman in her own right andher husband Cyrenus Harrington; Martha M. Shornden married woman in her ownright and her husband Thomas R. Shornden, Thomas Shornden also serving asexecutor of the will, all of these previously named of Kendall County, Illinois;Jennette Brown married woman in her own right and her husband Elijah W. Brownof Iroquois County, Illinois, and Harriet Griffith married woman in her rightand her husband Evan Griffith of Yuba County, California. In a secondtransaction on the same date, six of the heirs quitclaimed their interest in the80 acres comprising the West half of the described property. In thistransaction for payment of three thousand four hundred dollars, Benjamin F.Barker, Julia Ann Wilsey, Eunice E.
