She is also to have use of the easterly part of thedwelling house, use of the horse barn, and a cow. Son Isaiah receives all thereal estate in Fisherfiled and the personal estate not devised subject to thefollowing conditions. Isaiah is to pay the debts and funeral charges and payone dollar to Osmond Bailey and one dollar to the other children as eacharrives at age twenty-one: Louisa Bailey, John W. Bailey, Phebe Bailey, EdwinBailey, Orlando H. Bailey, Jacob C. Bailey, Cyrus Bailey, and Martha Jane Bailey.Isaiah is to carry on the farm in a husband-like manner and pay half the incomeof the farm to Martha.
