Property

On 4 August 1819, Elisha Barker of Italy, Ontario County, New York, for payment of eighty dollars, purchased a parcel partly in the south part of lot 64 and partly in lot 59 from David Cathcart and Masterton Ure.1 On 24 April 1832, Elisha Barker purchased 88 acres of lot 63 from Masterton Ure and John Gordon for four hundred and forty dollars.2

On 1 April 1845, Elisha and Thankful Barker, in consideration of six hundred dollars, conveyed to Joseph S. Barker the west half of lot number 60 containing 80 acres. On 26 Nov 1847, Elisha and Thankful Barker of Italy, in consideration of two hundred dollars, conveyed to Eliza A. Barker of Italy a parcel in Italy part of lot 64 containing 10 acres. On 6 October 1849, Eliza was of Italy when she sold this parcel to James M. Gilbert for three hundred dollars. On 26 November 1847, Elisha and Thankful Barker, in consideration of one thousand dollars, sold lot number 63 to Elisha Doubleday Barker.3
