Individual Details
Dorothy Dibble
(Abt 1601 - Aft Mar 1684)
After her husband's death around 1650, Dorothy moved to Southold, Long Island where she stayed about 10 years; she then returned to Salem, but went again to Southold before her death. It has been proposed that her name was Dorothy Hayne with parents William Hayne and Alice Lambert, but there seems to not be any evidence for that.
There seems to be some newer evidence that she was Dorothy Dibble, so I am going with that for the time being.
William KINGE & Dorothy DIBBLE married 15 January 1621 at Yeovil,
Somerset
