Case number 30841, Probate 20 Feb 1844, Ezra AbbotSon Daniel P. Abbot receives the land in Andover known as "Pole Hill." Daughter Hannah Mansfield wife of Rev. Daniel Mansfield of Wenham receives four hundred dollars. Son Ezra Abbot of Canton, physician, receives any notes which father holds against him. Wife Mrs. Hannah Abbot receives use and improvement of any household furniture she chooses and also the use and improvements of all his buildings and lands during her natural life. The remainder of the estate goes to son John Abbot who is also named executor.
