Wilfred W. Flatt, 89, of Rockledge, Florida, formerly of Baldwinsville, passed away on April 18, 2011. Born in Ransomville, NY, to Rev. D. Cecil and Fleta Flatt, he grew up in the Plainville area and was a graduate of Baldwinsville Academy. He worked for Feldmeier Equipment in Syracuse before retiring to Florida and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Baldwinsville. He was predeceased by his first wife, Norma (Woodruff), in 1982 and their daughter, Cynthia (James) Cantella, in 1996; his second wife, Ruth Woodman, in 2003; his brothers, Lyall (Edna), Gren (Fran) and Pat (Ruth); and his sisters, Grace (Fred) Cummings, Verda (Bill) North and Audrey (Charles) Woodruff. Surviving are his wife, Betty; daughter, Karen (John) Lewien; son, Dr. James (Mari) Woodman; grandchildren John, Melissa, Kathryn, Christopher, Andrew; and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, at Plainville Cemetery. Greenleaf Funeral Home, Inc., has arrangements. Greenleaf Funeral Homes, Inc.
