Isaac William Mann, 77, of Rt. 2, Hudson, died March 2 at the Hudson Convalescent Home.
Mr. Mann was born in Dickson, Missouri, Feb. 10, 1900, the son of Stephen and Sara Mann.
In 1923, he was married to Gertrude Larsen.
He was employed as a section foreman for the Chicago and Northwestern railroad.
During his residence here, he was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church.
Besides his wife, Gertrude, he is survived by three sons, Isaac W. Mann, Jr. of Altoona, John A. of tucson, Ariz., and Richard S. of Hudson; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Shugart (Bernice) of Wichita, Kansas; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers, Hosea of Washington, D.C., Virgil of St. Louis and Glenn of Rolla, Missouri, and by two sisters, Mrs. Eva Snow of Siren and Mrs. Nora Sherrell of Viena, Missouri.
There was a Bible reading Thursday, Mar. 3, at 8 p.m. at the Swanson Funeral home. Funeral services were Friday, Mar. 4, at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's church with Very Rev. Alex Anton officiating. Mrs. William Loughney furnished organ music.
Interment was in St. Patrick's cemetery. Pallbearers were Richard S. Mann, Jr., Michael and Brian Mann, John and David Larson and Paris Campbell.
