Charles Heuer

Charles J. Heuer, 83, a resident of Hudson for many years, died at Morris, Minn., on Sunday, Dec. 25. Mr. Heuer had been in failing health for the past few months.
He was married to Ida Brunner on March 12, 1903 at Lakeland, Minn., after which they moved to Pine City, Minn., where they made their home for a number of years. In 1919 they came to Hudson, which has been their home ever since. Mrs. Heuer died here on March 30, 1947.
Funeral services will be held on Dec. 29 from the Jasper Funeral Home with the Rev. A. Lloyd Asp, of the Methodist church, officiating. Burial will bee in the family lot in Willow River Cemetery.
Pall bearers will be Charles Dowling, William Johannsen, Henry Brunner, William Schulz, Melvin Engebretson and Arnold Vier.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J.L. Van Horn of Morris, Minn.
