Seattle--A former resident of Centralia, Douglas Ben Butterfield, 27, died this week at his home in Seattle where he had lived for the past four years.
He was born Nov. 7, 1950, in Denver, Colo., and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Centralia. Mr. Butterfield spent his early years in Waco, Texas, and moved to Centralia in May 1972.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben H. Butterfield, Centralia; two brothers, David, New Jersey, and Jason, Centralia; a sister, Arleen Butterfield, Centralia; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Irene Butterfield, Centralia, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Sticklin Funeral Chapel with the Rev. William C. Hunter officiating. Interment will follow at Claquato Cemetery, Chehalis.
