This was a husmannplass (tenant famer/cotter) under Jensgarden until in 1899, when it became partitioned and sold by Ole Hemno to leaseholder Anders Olsen for 900 kroner. It was his parents who were the settlers here. They had a written contract for lease of the lnd from the widow Ingeborg Presdt. dated Fall 1851. In 1875 Ola and Ann had 1 ox or bull, 2 cattle and 1 young stock and other possessions.
