Naomi Rusch

(15 May 1904 - 8 Jul 1993)

Nonie was was a close friend of my mother's and a close friend of mine as well. She lived next to us for most of my growing up years on the Hudson farm and we kept in touch after her marriage to Reuben Boody and their move to California. We visited her in Van Nuys in 1982 and on her return trips to Hudson she visited us, both at the Fourth Street house and our St. Joe home. It was Nonie and Les who took me to Milwaukee as a youngster where I got to see the famous Gertie the duck.
