Sylvia was the daughter of Alice Cornelia Elmgren, born February 17, 1875 at
Rogers Siding, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Peter W. Stark, born November 13,
1889. They were married on April 9, 1900 and resided in the Fish Lake
community. Peter Stark farmed in the Fish Lake area.

Alice Stark died on September 7, 1944. She had been in ill health for the
previous six months.

Peter Stark died in 1958. They are both buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Harris.

Sylvia had four brothers and sisters:
