Robert Wade , Sr

Robert Wade, Sr was a Justice of Prince Georges County, MD from 1697 to 1705. He was a member of the Maryland Militia in 1695 and had risen to the Rank of Captain of Horse (Calvary) by 1714.

To eldest son Zachary and heirs, part of "Stony Harbor" on the North side, also 100 acres on lower side, the whole tract being 700 acres.
To son Robert and heirs, residue of "Stony Harbor".
To sons Nemiah and Zepaniah, equally, and heirs, 600 acres, "Margaret Overton" at Panmonkey (Pomunky) at 21 yearsm survivor to inherit portion of deceased.
To daughters Elinor Magruder and Ann Wade, 500 acres, "Forrest Green" on Mattawoman adjacent land of John and Mary Clark, now in possession of George Dent.
To son Richard and heirs, 250 acres, "Friendship" at decease of his mother, and land aforesaid devised daughter Ann should she die during minority or unmarried.
To child aforesaid, personalty.
To wife Elizabeth, executrix, dwelling plantation and "Friendship" aforesaid, during life, also residue of personalty.
