Served as a Ranger for the Province (PGH); he lived near the Eastern Branch; mentoined as being deceased in his father's will in 1717; was indebeted at decease. (PGLR T.49)
10 Mar 1706: Received Deed of Gift of slave from Ninian and Ruth.
1 Aug 1710: Purchased 300 acres 300 acres of Collington formerly in Calvert County, now in Prince Georges County, from his father, Henry Clarke and Benjamin Parrott. (PGLR F.31)

Will of Ninian Beall, Jr of Prince Georges County. Written:
1 Nov 1710 Probate 6 Jan 1711.
To wife Elizabeth, dwelling plantation, "The Begining of Sam'l Beall" , and personalty for life.
To son Samuel , part of "Collington", residue of said tract to be sold for bebefit of estate; (to pay debts); also to son Samuel, the Water Mill, "Beall's Mill"; if mortality without issue, to daughter Mary Beall.
To daughter ary Beall and heirs; "The Addition to Bacon Hall" on the West side of West Branch near Marlborough; she dying without issue, land to pass to Son Samuel aforesaid.
To children aforesaid, at majority, residue of personalty.
Executors: Wife Elizabeth and Mr Samuel MaGruder, Sr (He renounced any part or interest)
