To Joseph Allen, son all that tract or parcel of land called "Dunkell" being the plantation whereupon testatrix now lives except for 1 acre wher testor's mother and father are buried; Negro "Nace"; all tobacco whether in the house or in the ground to be applied to testatrix's debts; Remainder of estate to be divided with testatrix's son Thomas.
Sons Thomas and Joseph to be Ececutors of my estate.
Daughter Ann Allen to have a home in the dwelling house for her single life and to have 1 feather bed and furniture; 6 peweter plates; Negro Girl "Manner" for her natural life.
Jane Allen----granddaughter, Martha Allen-----Granddaughter, daughters of son William Allen, Elizabeth Allen---- granddaughter, daughter of son Austin; should testatrix's daughter die without heirs, then to have estate left to her and to divided beteween them; artha and Jane to have 1 bed and furniture divided between them and each to have 1 heifer; Elizabeth to have 1 bed and furniture.
Sons James Austin, and Thomas Allen to have 2 Negroes "Cupit" and 'Phillis" divided between them, share and share alike.
Elizabeth Jones---granddaughter, daughter of my son Archibald to have 5 shillings sterling it being her father's share of the estate and no more.
Mary Brewer----daughter of Henry Brewer to have bed and all of testatrix's wearing apparel.
Sons Thomas and Joseph Allen to have 1 bed and furniture; all household goods to be divided with Joseph.
