To daughter Margery, my claim to tract called "Hermitage", 10 acres of said "Hermitage to ne conveyed by Thomas Butler, as by said Butler's Bond may appear.
To daughter Margery and heirs my part of tract called "Prevention", lying near Rock Creek.
To daughter Jane and heirs my claim to tract "Labyrinth" near Rock Creek, other tract called "Barren Ridge", 48 acres.
To daughter Mary and heirs my rights to tract called "Batchelor's Forrest", 405 acres.
To daughter Sarah and heirs my part of tract called "Diamond"; my part of tract called "Dally"; my part of tract called "Accord" with my rights of what shall be added thereto by virtue of a Warrant of Resurvey, contiguous thereto.
To son Ninian and heirs land "Pilers Delight"; tract called "Preston Marsh".
To son James tract called "Yarro"; after expiration of bequest of land, also give son James and heirs tract called "Long Green"; tract called "Silent Grove"; one acre of land now in possesion of Richard Rose and whereon he now lives, after decease of said Richard and wife; tract called "Cool Spring Manor".
