1850 - GUARDIANSHIP - Complete Record Book 1, Common Pleas Court
Pg 207. Elizabeth Worland, David Newton as the guardian of Alfred, Elizabeth and Thomas Worland and Robert Worland as the gdn. of Vincent, William, Mary Ann, Nancy, John M. and Francis Worland in a petition for a partition of real estate. Elizabeth stated that she married Sebastian Worland in 1850 and that he died November 27, 1858 in Liberty Twp. Three children were Sebastians's by a former marriage and the others that is: Vincent, William, Mary Ann, Nancy, John M., David and Francis were his marriage to Elizabeth. At his death Sebastian owned real estae in section 13, township 12, range 7 of 47 acres. Elizabeth was set off the one thord value of the land including the dwelling and the children were set off the remainder. Sept. 1859.
