" son James and hrs., dwelling plantation and adjoining land, also "Towne Neck," "Charles Lott" and "Satisfaccon."
" son John and hrs., "Good Luck."
" son Courts, all land given testator and wife by father John Courts.
" dau. Margarett and hrs., "Recompense,"
Son James is charged not to disturb son Courts upon penalty of losing his inheritance.
