Oct 7, 1731 from Thos Morriss of CC, carpenter, and Sophia, his wife,
to Ignatius Luckett of CC, Gent, for 3000 lbs of tobacco and for
divers other causes, the northernmost moiety of half part of a certain
tract of land in CC called Small Hopes, lying on the west side of the
main fresh of Wicoccomico [Wicomico] River, containing and laid out
for about 100 acres for Henry Moore of Maryland on Aug 3, 1665. Signed
