I don't know what time frame you're talking about with Annie Haislip Brawner, but there was a Fanny Haislip (b. 22 Sep 1813, Fairfax, VA) who married an Ephraim Franklin Brawner. I don't know if they had any children.
Also, Fanny's grandparents were James Haislip and Abigail Brawner. James was born in Charles Co. MD in 1744, and there were Brawners who lived in Charles Co. There may have been other Haislip-Brawner marriages as well.
My Haislip line was in Fairfax Co. which borders Prince William Co. If you can give me more info, I may be able to help.
