Jun 16, 1759 from Walter Hanson of CC, merchant, to Robert Cato (Coto) of CC, tailor, for 5340 lbs of crop tobacco, and for divers other good causes, a tract of land called Cumree, lying in CC, adjoining a tract of land called Batchelors Hope and the land of Robert Covert, containing and laid out for about 149 acres. Signed - Walter Hanson. wit - Sam Hanson, Dan Jenifer. Elizabeth, the wife of the sd Walter Hanson, relinquished her right of dower to the lands within mentioned. Recorded Jun 20, 1759.Property

Sep 22, 1760 from William Hanson Jr, late of CC, but now of Talbot County, merchant, to Walter Hanson of CC, merchant, for 205 £ sterling and for divers other good causes, a tract of land in CC whereon Elizabeth Hanson now lives, called Littleworth, bounded by Matthew Purchase, containing and now laid out for about 189 acres, and also one moiety of a tract of land adjoining to sd land called Littleworth, taken up by John Wilkinson, called Wilkirsons Throne, as it was divided between Samuel Hanson who purchased of Belaine Posey & Mary, his wife, one of the coheirs of sd John Wilkerson, & Wm Mcferson Jr who intermarried with Eleanor Wilkerson, the other daughter and co-heir of the afd John Wilkerson, as by deed of partition dated Apr 1, 1740, and enrolled in the records of CC, Liber S#2 folio 346 may more fully appear, that half part assigned by the sd deed of partition to the above mentioned Samuel Hanson, containing about 253 acres.
