I, Stephen Robey of CC, am of sound & perfect mind & memory, I want my debts & funeral charges to be first paid.
To my daughter-in-law Sarah Demar - 5 shillings.
To my daughter Mary - 1 bay yearling mare colt and my largest looking glass.
To my son Joshua - my old gun, & my 2 granddaughters Mary & Jemime Robey [sic].
To my daughter Ann Robey - 1 black mare colt & my smallest looking glass.
To my on Jacob - 28 shillings, in the hands of William Robey,brother-in-law, & 12 shillings in the hands of John Nally Robey.
It is my will that my long Mair(?) remain her and my side saddle,for the use of my 2 daughters, Mary & Ann, or either of them thatcontinues here longest.
To my 4 children, namely, Jacob, Mary, Joshua, & Ann, & tomy 2 granddaughters, namely Mary & Jemime Robey - each, 5£agreeable to the appraisement, Mary, her 1st choice, Ann, the 2ndchoice, Joshua, the 3 choices, one for himself & 1 for eachgranddaughter herein mentioned, & Jacob, the last choice.
To my 6 children, namely, Lydia Robey, Michael Maddox, JacobRobey, Mary Robey, Joshua Robey, & Ann Robey, & my 2granddaughters afd my son Joshua to choose for my afd granddaughters -the rest of my estate, to be equally divided between them.
If my 2 sons-in-law, William Robey & Nathan Maddox, do notmeet at the time appointed after having notice, to choose forthemselves, I want my son Joshua to appoint a person to choose forthem.
