Ebenezer Doolittle enlisted in the Revolution in the 4th Connecticut regiment in 1782. Later he served with 1st regiment Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 1782.Death
His will probated Nov. 5 , 1807, names wife Olive; gives $200.00 to daughter Lucy before any division is made. The remainder of estate is to be divided among children: Elkanah, Lucy, Eliphan, Azubah, Alice,Amaryllis and the heirs of son Benajah (deceased).Burial: Old Cemetery, Cheshire, New Haven Co., Connecticut
