In August 1773 Ebenezer "for the consideration of good will and natural affection" deeds to his grandson Moses Doolittle "only son of my son Eli," of Wallingford deceased, and also to the daughters of Eli,namely,Jerusha, Sarah, Lucena, Ruth, and Elizabeth, half his lands north of Honey Pot Brook, besides other real estate. He gives also to the second eldest son of daughter Taphath, a third of his lands north of Honey Pot Brook. Son Ebenezer, of Wallingford, received the homestead and the belongings. Son Jesse and grandson Benoni Lewis are given a tract of land at the south end of the farm. Other lands also go to Jesse.Death
