Death
Anna McDaniel Scrimager, 92, of Attica, died at 1:10 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2009, at Woodland Manor Nursing Center, Attica. She was born in Naomi, Ky. to the late Robert Lee and Argola Tarter McDaniel. On Dec. 23, 1934, she married Hirstle Scrimager in Somerset, Ky. He preceded her in death Nov. 21, 1971. Surviving are two sons, W.C. "Win" Scrimager (wife: Mary) of Attica and Ron Scrimager (wife: Shirley) of Wichita, Kansas; 7 grandchildren, Debbie Jones (husband: John), David Scrimager, Lori Heidenreich (husband: Clint), Brian Furr (wife: Tammy), Bruce Furr, Peg Hayes (husband: Eddie) and Penny Gibson (husband: Chris); 14 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Karen Furr and Jean Coffman; a granddaughter, Pam Scrimager; 3 sisters, Lola Burton, Alma Davis and Nellie Muse and a brother, Clarence McDaniel.Endnotes
