Notes
Death
Mrs. Cinderella Parker, widow of the late Albert Parker, died at the home of her son, Perry Parker, 22 Oregon street, Danville, Ill., after an illness of almost a year. She was a mother of the late Harry Parker, who was found dead, an account of which we gave last week. Mrs. Parker had been seriously ill for the past week and shock, due to the death of her son, is believed to have contributed to her death. Mrs. Parker was born at Scotch Ferry, Ind., the daughter of William and Elizabeth Bowe Furr. Her husband preceded her in death two years ago. She is survived by the one son, Perry, with whom she lived, two grandchildren, and a brother, Frank Furr, of Hillsboro, Ind. The body was removed to the Callahan & Callahan funeral home and later taken to the residence where services were held the following Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. J. E. Foster of the Central Christian church and Rev. W. A. Purdy of the Second Church of Christ, of which the deceased was a member, officiated. Burial was in Harveysburg cemetery, near Kingman. The Covington Republican, Friday, January 1, 1932
