Death
CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., Feb. 23 — Services were held in the Methodist Church here on Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Lydia Elizabeth Furr, 74, widow of William Furr, who died in the hospital here on Monday, following a long period of ill health. She was born in Greencastle, Pa., daughter of the late Samuel and Jane B. Barr. Her husband died in 1933. Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. H. O. Ramsburg, this county; Mrs. Nellie Feltner, Ranson; Mrs. George Chapman, Berryville, Va.; Mrs. Stanley Kelly, near here; three sons, N. C., W. J. and R. W. Furr, all of this county.
