Death
TIFFIN - Tommy E. Greathouse, 60, and Bonita K. Greathouse, 57, of Tiffin, died Friday from injuries sustained in a car accident. Mr. Greathouse was born Oct. 27, 1946 in Wayland, Ky and was a Navy veteran. Mrs. Greathouse was born March 12, 1950 in Crestline and enjoyed embroidering and quilting. They are survived by sons and a daughter-in-law, Joe Greathouse of Bloomville and Tom and Melissa Greathouse of Republic; daughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and Jeff Lasch of Plymouth, Amy and Rick Gibson of Keystone, Iowa and Kathy Vross of Shelby; 11 grandchildren; his mother, Bureda (Bentley) Hicks of Plymouth, and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Greathouse, and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Viola (Carpenter) Furr and three brothers. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, where the funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday with elder Savel Combs officiating. Burial will be at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.Endnotes
