Death

Allen W. Moorman, 83, died Fri-day, March 14, 2008, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville. He was a resident of Evansville. Survivors include his wife, Barbara (Furr) Moorman; three children, Leslie Ann (Charles) Mueller, Dr. Craig A. (Dr. Diana) Moorman and Russell F. (Nancy) Moorman; a sister, Patricia Atkinson; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse B. and Mabel (Null) Moorman; and a brother, Jesse B. Moorman II. A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at First Preshyterian Church, 609 S.E. Second St., Evansville. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 609 S.E.
