BETTY LEE FURR, 54, of 733 S. Potomac St., died Thursday at Washington County Hospital. Born near Leitersburg, she was the daughter of Robert O. and Emma R. Recher Dill. She was last employed by Niner Awning Co. Earlier in her career, she was employed by Harper and Row Publishers Inc. for 20 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Roy B. Furr; two sisters, Violet M. Davis, Boonsboro; and Martha J. DeLauney, Hagerstown; two brothers, Harold M. Dill, Hagerstown; and Gaither M. Dill, Keedysville.
