Marriage

A pretty wedding took place at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Maffett at Herndon, Va., last Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, when their daughter, Nannie, became the bride of Mr. M. Buckner Furr. The bride was handsomely gowned in white Paris mull, and her tulle veil was draped with bride roses. Her only attendant was her four-year-old niece, who held her bouquet during the ceremony which was performed by Rev. Mr. Bailey of the Baptist Church, assisted by Rev. Mr. Hopkins. Among those present were: Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Maffett, Misses Alice and Lillian Maffett, Mr. and Mrs. Furr and Mr. Warren Furr. Mr. R. T. Maffett and family, Mr. R. A.
