Death
Miss Claudia Furr died at her home in Hume Monday at the age of 67. A life long resident of the Hume community, she was the daughter of Thomas and Annie Reid Furr. Surviving is one sister, Miss Bessie Furr, at home. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Paul Watson form the Hume Baptist Church yesterday afternoon. Assisting Mr. Watson was the Rev. Freemont N. Hinkle. Interment was at Leeds Cemetery.Warren Sentinel, Warren, Virginia, April 5, 1956
