Death
Miss Claudia Furr, 41, daughter of the late Charles and Louise Furr, died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Preston Craun at The Plains on Friday, January 11. Surviving, besides her sister, are six brothers, Milton of Leesburg, John of Rectortown, James of Laughlintown, Pa., Clarence of Middleburg, Woodrow of Front Royal, and Walter of Middleburg. Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 13, at 3 p. m. from the Middleburg Baptist Church of which she was a member. Rev. Dan Wheeler, pastor, officiated and interment was in the Middleburg Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers were William Nalls, John Nalls, Richard Allison, John Thompson, John Campbell and Thomas Furr.The Fauquier Democrat, Warrenton, Virginia, January 17, 1952
