On Wednesday, July 9, 1958, at her residence, 4513 Brandywine st., .w., Martha Ellen Furr, beloved wife of the late Dr. William Calhoun Furr, mother of Mrs. Frank Lewis Baer and William Dallas Furr; grandmother of Stephen Van Dyke Baer. Mrs. Furr also is survived by her sister, Mrs. Thomas Henry Gardner, and a niece, Mrs. Bernard Lee Crooks, both of Rahway, N. J.; a nephew, Randall Van Tassal Gardner, and another niece, Mrs. James Chipman Motherhead, both of Washington, D.C. Friends may call at the funeral home of Norris Royston,Middleburg, Va., where services will be held in the chapel on Friday, July 11, at 11 a.m. (EST). Interment Sharon Cemetery, Middleburg, Va.Evening Star, Washington, District of Columbia, July 11, 1958
