Glen Gordon Furr, son of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Furr, west of Shelbyville, and Miss Alma Small, daughter of Mr. A.W. Small, Ridge township, were married by Rev. A. Homer Jordan at the Christian Parsonage, Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Lumpton accompanied them. They will live on a farm near Praire Home.Death
SHELBYVILLE - Alma Furr, 91, Shelbyville, formerly of Findlay, homemaker, died Thursday (March 11, 1999). Member: Methodist Church of Findlay. Survivors: son, William A. Furr, Bethany; daughters, Betty Perry, Findlay; Monte Hart, Shelbyville, seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded by: husband, Glenn G.; parents and four brothers. Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Lockart & Sons Funeral Home, Findlay. Visitation: one hour before services. Burial: Findlay Cemetery. Memorials: Methodist Church of Findlay or donor's choice.Endnotes
