Death
Funeral services will be held Thursday for Lillie M. Furr, 97, who died Monday in Doctors Hospital, Washington. The widow of Warwick E. Furr, she lived at 511 N. Montague St., Arlington. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Thomas H. Loy of Arlington, and a son, Warwick Rex Furr of Avon Park, Fla., formerly of Northern Virginia; two sisters, Nellie V. Daffer and Mrs. French Trammel, and a brother, Earle K. Daffer, of New York. Mrs. Furr also is survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Ives Funeral Home, Arlington, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Clarendon United Methodist, with interment to be in Columbia Gardens.Northern Virginia Sun, Arlington, Virginia, January 21, 1970
