Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Flossie Saufley, aged 65, well-known Mt. Crawford resident who died at her home Wednesday afternoon following an illness of four weeks will be held Saturday morning at 11 o’clock from the Mill Creek Church. Interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Otis Bowman, Will Wilbarger, Kemper Jarrels, Roy ______, Jasper ____--, Bowman Stoutmyer, Jackson Long and C. S. Crane. Mrs. Saufley was born at McGaheysville April 11, 1870 and was a daughter of the late George and Ellen Garrison Dennett, A devout member of the United Brethren Church for many years and was a woman of high Christian character and was held in the highest respect by all who knew her. She leaves a host of friends who mourn her passing. Besides her husband, T. J. Saufley, she is survived by the following children – K. H. Saufley of Grottoes; P. D. Saufley of Adair, Ill; Mrs. H. D. Sipe of Weyers Cave, F. N. Saufley of _______, Mrs. Bryan Wonderly of ________, G. N. Saufley of Mt. Crawford, Charles Saufley of Mt. Crawford, William Saufley of Mt.
