Patricia Lou "Patty" Woodruff Edwards, 60, died at 7:45 PM Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999, in Lafayette Home Hospital. Born July 4, 1939, in Lafayette, she was a lifelong resident. She married Clifford William Edwards on Oct. 22, 1971; he died March 28, 1992. Mrs. Edwards was a homemaker. Surviving are three daughters, Marcia Furr, Patty Edwards, both of Lafayette, and LeAnna Fuqua of West Lafayette; six sons, Rickie Woodruff, Tony Ray Edwards, Sr., James L. Edwards, Brady L. Edwards, Rickey Edwards, all of Lafayette, and Allen Edwards of DeMotte; two sisters, Dorothy Phillips of Lafayette and Barbara [?]; a brother, William "Bill" Woodruff of West Lafayette; 27 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson. Preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
